40 Question Exam that can be taken 100% online. A 75% pass rate is required, and one free retake is offered if you fail.

Georgia Certificate

Once you pass your exam, you will receive a Georgia-approved allergen Awareness Certificate. This certificate is valid for 3 years in all states where it is mandatory.
