My coaching combines Gallup CliftonStrengths, Builder Profile 10, operational strategy, and practical accountability to help clients lead more effectively, make stronger decisions, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I currently serve as Head Coach for The Launchpad by REMERGE, supporting entrepreneurs as they strengthen leadership, test ideas, and grow sustainable businesses. I also provide coaching and support for CPR and workforce instructors building training businesses of their own.
My background includes operations leadership, workforce development, hospitality, and adult learning. I hold an MBA and bring both strategic and operational experience into coaching conversations focused on leadership, growth, communication, and execution.
