In Georgia, it is a legal requirement to have a Food Manager Certification. Always Food Safe’s Manager Certification Will Be Accepted By Your Health Inspector and across the USA.
According to the Georgia Food Service Rules and Regulations 511-6-1-.03(3), food establishments are required to have at least one supervisory staff member who is a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM).
To become a CFSM, it is necessary to complete a food safety training program that has been approved by the Georgia Department of Public Health and pass an exam that is accredited by an organization such as the American National Standards Institute Conference for Food Protection (ANAB-CFP).
To meet the certification criteria, you must obtain an ANAB Food Manager certification through an ANAB-accredited provider such as Always Food Safe.
